Norgesskolen Cancellation Policy
We strongly encourage all participants to obtain valid travel insurance before traveling to Norway and attending Norgesskolen and Akademi.
Cancellation policy: Norgesskolen
If the registered participant wishes to withdraw from Norgesskolen
Due to contractual obligations with our subcontractors, the following terms apply:
Cancellations prior to May 1st
You are eligible for a full refund of your payment, minus an administrative fee of NOK 1,800.
Alternative Option:
If preferred, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability. Please note that a price adjustment may apply.​

Cancellations between May 1st and June 1st:
You are eligible for a 60% refund of the registration fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability. Please note that a price adjustment may apply.

Cancellations between June 2nd and July 17th:
Refunds are not available during this period. However, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability. A price adjustment may apply.

If Norgesskolen is canceled
In the unlikely event that Norgesskolen is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability.
Cancellation policy: Akademi
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to withdraw from Akademi. However, due to contractual obligations with our subcontractors, the following terms apply:

Cancellations Prior to April 1st
You are eligible for a full refund of your payment, minus an administrative fee of NOK 3,000.

Cancellations Between April 1st and July 31st
You may receive a refund of 60% of the registration fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability. Please note that a price adjustment may apply.

Cancellations After July 31st
Refunds are not available after this date. However, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability. A price adjustment may apply.

If Akademi is canceled
In the unlikely event that Akademi is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability.
