We strongly encourage all participants to obtain valid travel insurance before traveling to Norway and attending Norgesskolen and Akademi.
Cancellation policy for Norgesskolen
If the registered participant wishes to withdraw from Norgesskolen
Due to contractual obligations with our subcontractors, the following terms apply:
Cancellations prior to April 1st
You are eligible for a full refund of your payment, minus an administrative fee of NOK 1,900.
Alternative Option:
If preferred, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability. Please note that a price adjustment may apply.
Cancellations between April 1st and June 1st:
You are eligible for a 60% refund of the registration fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability. Please note that a price adjustment may apply.
Cancellations after June 2nd:
Refunds are not available during this period. However, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability. A price adjustment may apply.
If Norgesskolen is canceled
In the unlikely event that Norgesskolen is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to an upcoming date, subject to availability.
